One of the seven summits Kilimanjaro is the highest on the African continent and draws quite a crowd. Situated in Tanzania near the border with neighbouring Kenya it offers plenty of routes and a non technical peak. Numerous trekking routes head to the summit with the most popular being the Marangu we use the lesser used Rongai route or the popular Western Breach. All routes are accessible by those who have a reasonable level of fitness and have some mountain walking experience.

A fully serviced expedition using porters cooks and all done by camping we make our way to the summit. Although this is a non technical peak from a climbing perspective it is still a high mountain and as such needs to be approached with caution. Altitude related issues are common and as such we take our time ensuring you the best chances of success. All guides are suitably first aid trained and have experience of dealing with altitude related issues.

Our intimate knowledge of this area also allows us to add a couple of cultural and safari options for the end of the trip for some unwinding after the mountain.
